For Shoshannah, it’s all about those moments when a client gets what they need and then some.

"My favorite client moment is when they’re able to be vulnerable and share concerns, and we work through them together. That’s when I know I’m doing meaningful work."

Oh, and they both swear by AI to get the job done faster—whether it's Grammarly keeping Shoshannah's messages sharp or ChatGPT helping Lori craft thoughtful client updates and check-ins.

🍴 Food & Fun Favorites

Shoshannah swears by Prince’s Hot Chicken and keeps her desk stocked with gum and taffy. And did we mention she’s also a seriously good swimmer?

Lori satisfies her sweet tooth with a stash of chocolate truffles in every flavor and spends her free time hanging out with her three American Pocket Bullies: Proper, Struggle, and Mischief. She’s also a pro at backing in trailers (better than most of her husband’s friends!) and can drive just about anything with a motor—motorcycles, jet skis, dirt bikes, boats, you name it.

Sho would be a hairstylist or barber—using her creativity to help people look and feel their best.
