Hey, I'm the founder of Flaire Software. We do AI-powered ERP and workflow automation for fashion brands.

What Does Your Hireframer Do?

When we have the product, we had to grow our sales. As a founder, founder-led sales is the most important part of the journey. And we were still in the founder-led sales motion. But I also don't have time to do everything because your plate is pretty much full. That's where Hireframe helped me. Where we hired an ADR who helped us come up with a list. From that, I can take and do my founder led sales journey and it made me more efficient.

What was Work Like Before Hireframe?

Before Hireframe, it was mostly me spending like two hours, three hours every day, just trying to make sure I do sales outreach. And then I started working on every other thing, which worked really well for the first six months because you just hit the right people very soon. But as we started growing beyond three months, six months, two hours is not enough. I needed to spend one whole day finding the right customer. 

Having so many calls that's outside of your customer segment that you are targeting is an even bigger waste of time. So that homework to understand and reach out to the right customer who can benefit from your platform is very important. 

What was the Hiring Process Like?

I contacted Hireframe because they came with recommendations from other founders who have used them. So that was inherently like, okay, I can trust them because people I know have trusted them. And from that point on, the interview process was very straightforward. Coming from a non-sales background, I had no idea how to hire an ADR. That's where actually Mike and the founders had a meeting with me and taught me what are the things I should look for, especially for my current scenario. And guided me through the process. 

The account management team was very responsive. Throughout the process, I never had to worry about how to schedule, when to schedule. It was very seamless because that's the last thing I want to be thinking about when so many other things are going on. Actually, I just spoke with one person. I hired the first person they sent me and I was very happy with her.

How is Hireframe Different from Other Agencies?

Hireframe was not the first company I engaged, I have definitely worked with a few other companies last year. But for me, the biggest difference I saw was the communication. Communication with Rhea was so seamless and easy. We are in fashion, typically, I said, go to LinkedIn, go to Apollo, scrape and give me the details. She immediately came to me and was like, hey, from what you have said, it feels like I can scrape through a warehouse providers list, because that seems to be your customer. And she went out of the way to do that, which was one of the things that I loved. Sometimes it's not just about me telling what to do. She used to come up and be like, this is what I think I could add value if you are OK with it. And that was the biggest difference when I had a Hireframe person and the person before.

Don’t Compete, Grow

One of the biggest things I liked about Hireframe is that I'm able to talk to them and learn about what is the process I should put inside the company so that my Hireframe employees are more efficient. Rather than just throwing things out, having that conversation, tweaking any process that will make their ADR work better. Doing that is really good because it's not a partnership where you are trying to compete against each other. Rather, it's a partnership you are trying to grow with each other. So just lean on each other's feedback and try to improve the process.
