About the role

Entry Level Online Chat Specialists at Hireframe are responsible for a variety of tasks:

  • Assisting between 175 to 250 customers daily through inbound emails and e-chats
  • Becoming our online chat expert through familiarizing yourself with the products and services we offer to fully address concerns and offer solutions to customers

Who we're looking for

We are interested in individuals who embody the following characteristics:

  • Must have strong computer/typing skills - at least 70 WPM
  • Excellent written communication skills with near-perfect grammar
  • Must be an independent self-starter with outstanding organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Be friendly and positive personality over chat
  • Eager to learn and continuously improve through problem-solving
  • Excited to be a part of a highly motivated and innovative company culture in an exciting office environment
